Home made vegetable soup, garlic bread, and sweet potato pie. Not fancy, but not bad either!

Mr. Dare wanted me to send you his condolences (he's playing around w/ the guitar) and asks "What, no peanuts?"

Since I don't eat most of what was in the veggie soup...I had corn muffins -- yummy

Faux-masamun curry lentils with potato and carrot.  Simmered 'em in coconut milk and my own homemade (er, well, made by me in my new employer's holistic natural food commercial kitchen) yellow curry blend.  Mmmmmm . . . vegany.

Potato stroganoff hamburger helper improved with real sourcream, potatoes, butter and hamburger.  ( the "soupbase/eternal stew concept)  This is coming out of the "preeducated survival stock" where I went for what looked like durable storage items.  I later discovered that they were not as durable as I thought and took up way more space than necessary.

I have been steadily replacing with "rootstock staple" items like rice, grains, beans, etc.
