I could share a few recipes for wine.

See if there is a thread for "wine" here in this section. If not, or anyway, start a new thread for it, label with TMM cookbook - wine recipes. Anyone can start a new thread for other categories of a cookbook that way. Let's collect recipes for a while, then determine if we have enough to start a book. I would suggest that everyone make it clear whether or not they have personally used that recipe and any problems they had with it. We're not going to be able to vet most of them collected from other people. It would be very valuable is we could say we'd actually used the recipe successfully. Not that it would be any guarantee, of course. And please use the format. I'll go dig it up and add it here...

I suggest we start a new thread for each category. That will make organization much easier.

We ask that you submit your recipes using the template at the end of this message.  Just copy the template into your post and add the info.  If you already have a recipe on another TCF thread and you would like it to be included, please post the link here (please, be sure it includes the info asked for below).  Submissions will be accepted until the end of January 2007 for the first edition.  You can still submit after that, just be aware that it may not make the first cookbook.

In an effort to keep costs down as much as possible, we may have to keep some for a later edition depending on how many recipes are submitted, .  We want this to be a huge success and have many more cookbooks to follow this first effort.  This is a great way to share recipes and thank Claire and Debra (Elias)for creating/maintaining this wonderful community.

            1st book:  Basics, Main Dishes, Sides, Desserts, Appetizers, Spices, Breads/Pastry, Beverages.
            2nd book:  Alternative Cooking (anything other than a conventional stove/oven) and Game
