If the Amazon store with Thunder's selected books is loading slow, try the main link:

A few months ago I wanted 2 of Claire's books, but Karen said I could have 1. So, it was either Hardyville Tales or The Bad Attitude to Good Citizenship. I chose Hardyville Tales because Karen had never read any of them. Yesterday, as a belated birthday present, our daughter Kim gave me The Bad Attitude. She was completely unaware of my Claire Wolfe collection.

She took Hardyville with her to read. She's coming around and no longer thinks I'm nuts for my views.

Isn't that great! I sent a copy of Hardyville to my grandchildren last spring and all of them tell me they loved it. They want sequels! LOL

Blushing thank yous, hangman and MamaLiberty.

Having relatives realize you're not nuts is always a big victory; having them actually start to agree with you is ... well, you know. I'm grateful for any role I can play in that.

I would certainly love to meet you. Karen's enjoying your stuff as much as I am. Ever get to Hot Springs, let me know. You know it's right next to heaven.

Buy stuff here now... before Amazon starts charging the state sales taxes everywhere. Raginfratzen...  They've now gone from resisting this to wholesale cooperation. They're hoping you won't notice because of faster shipping... Yeah, right.

I say “at least” 13 new centers because there’s new news on that front almost every day. This morning, Amazon and Texas officials announced the company will begin collecting sales tax in Texas by this July and that Amazon will invest at least $200 million in new distribution centers in the state. It’s one more example (California was another) where Amazon essentially blinked in its standoff with a state that wanted it to begin collecting sales tax. Yet Amazon still wins, because it builds the new distribution centers it needs to expand its operations. Bezos has perfected the art of architecting the win-win situation.

Amazon to Acquire Kiva Systems
http://www.zacks.com/stock/news/71725/amazon-to-acquire-kiva-systems
Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN - Analyst Report) has announced that it will acquire privately held Kiva Systems, a warehouse automation solution, for $775 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2012. Shares jumped 3.9% from last Friday’s closing price, indicating a positive sentiment from investors.

Kiva’s technology streamlines the process of picking, packing and shipping e-commerce products for delivery. The company uses mobile robots and superior control software, providing a more automated system in the fulfillment centers.

They are opening a warehouse in my state this year; not exactly sure when.  I figured they would cave in sooner or later to gov pressure.

I just got Claire's "Bad Attitude" book. I didn't even know it was coming out.  I skipped the 172 things to do before the revolution as I already had both of the 100 things to do before the revolution.  My eye's are just feasting on another wonderful Claire Wolfe book. I didn't know that she was still writing, but surely hoped that she was.

Claire if you ever still look around here I miss the discussions you were part of so very much. Hope you are as well as possible. I wish that Mama Liberty or myself were near you so as to do the best health care for you that we could do. Hope you know some doctors and/or nurses, paramedics, someone to help you along as the years sneak up on you. They are sneaking up on my wife and I also. All best wishes/blessings to you and yours,

Claire could sure use a boost! If you have any plans to buy something from Amazon, now is the time.

Bookmark it and use it often. :) And, for a limited time, she'll get double the usual commission for those who use that link and then buy the "Prime" club deal.

Thanks for letting us know about Claire's needs, Mama Liberty.  I'll be sure to remember her and use her as a pathway to Amazon.  Every little bit helps as the old saying goes.  Wishing you and Claire all the very best.  Sure do miss her.

Is this tag no longer helpful to Claire?

http://www.amazon.com/?tag=livifree07-20

I've been using it for years, I'd hate to think it was not doing her any good.

I don't know. I'll go ask her, but I'd advise you change to the other link. I KNOW she gets the commission on that one.
