I just went over and sent in a donation .
While I was there I sent him a short email asking IF I could download copies of the manuals for my rifles.
I only have three so it's not like I need "Everything".
I don't have any manuals for my three so I do hope he will send them to me.

SOoo ....  We should know soon whether the gooch-work-around [patent pending ....] , commonly called "bartering", is at all effective with this fellow.

M1 Carbine                            [not sure of the manufacturer .... I could go look .... is it important ?]
Remington 572                      [pump .22lr  which really wants its own set of Tech Sights (tm)]

TM 9-1276    Nov 1952 with corrections to Feb 1953   [appears to be a shop manual for rebuilding the thing a gunsmiths level thing]

I've got the military M1 carbine manual here in a .pdf file if you need it

The ranger is just a 94 with cheap wood or plastic so any 94 manual will work as long as it's the same design meaning the old style top eject or the new style angle eject.......which are not the same

The "German gun" is a ROHM GMRH SONTHEIM/BRZ  model 86  .22 caliber single shot revolver

I understand it was made in Brazil, but all those other words sound German to me, so that's what I call it because Rohm Gmrk Sontheim is a big mouthful.

It is the first one all my students shoot, so it gets a lot of use. I swab out the bore and clean what I can reach when the cylinder is removed, but I don't know if it needs any deeper cleaning or not.

I would like to replace the grips but haven't found anyone who carries them.
What I have is the cheapo plastic grips with a right handed thumb rest.
What I would like to have is cheapo plastic* grip without any thumb rest.
[ * They don't HAVE to be cheapo plastic BUT that is what I can afford  at present.]

Anybody have a link, address or phone for RG parts, accessories and supplies ?

Good Idea. 

I can make wood do lots of things but carving it I have never learned.
I do have some exotic wood scraps mayhap I will give it a try.
