For the "Rule of Law" to stand it must always be upheld.  I can attest to the fact that since 1983 at least the ROL has not existed.  You probably need to look at my 2 stuffed file cabinet draws and see the court filings to understand what I mean.  Basically when I fought the government I lost but when I fought a corporation trying to take family land the court of appeals ruled in my favor 2 of 3 times even though the first 2 I was not really a "party of interest".  Lots of fun at times.  Things have only gotten worse.
