Yes one of my favorite John Wayne flicks...just revisited "The War Wagon" today.

Now you've got me thinking I need to have my own John Wayne Film Fest today  :laugh: Time for "The Shootist" and "The Cowboys", and maybe "The Quiet Man".

LOL I guess we could list about all of his later movies...they were all great.

The Horse Soldiers.
Big Jake.
The Barbarian and the Geisha.
True Grit
Rooster Cogburn
The Cowboys

He also had some cool character names:

Stony Brooke (from a bunch of movies in the 30ies)
