This is a "mole thead" thing because, if you want to avoid this, you will have your babies without midwives, ambulances or hospitals being involved. Unless there are serious medical problems with a baby there is no reason that "authorities" should ever be involved. The child could always make the decision to be involved with government later when if they want to go to college or hold a job, but until then government has no businesss involving itself in their lives. (I am assuming that they will be homeschooled until college days or job finding days).
