While the Constitution does not have an express privacy provision, it should be noted that the Ninth Amendment of the Bill of Rights has been interpreted to protect many individual rights not expressly enumerated elsewhere.

Brother... that's doing things the hard way. Why not just pick out a willing sperm donor,  get cuddly and so forth... no cost and very little fuss. And, best of all, no real gov. involvement unless you make it so.

getting cuddly with boys is not what these girls do, and we don't know if the boy is the type to get cuddly with girls, so that might not work, none the less there is no good reason that the boy can't do his part in a cup and the girl can have a doctor do the insemination, with out a bunch of govermnet red tape

It's not even necessary to get cuddly.  Self-Insemination is possible.  It's not as reliable, but they could give it a try, and skip all of this legal mess.  DIY Insemination: http://www.drmalpani.com/selfinsemination.htm
