Drug thugs are adamant that caffeine and adrenaline are the only acceptable alterants. 
Well, in public anyway maybe. I suspect that most of the worst thugs, even DEA, have zero problem using whatever drugs or substances that strike their fancy. They are immune to any "law," of course. It's not even a well hidden secret. Alcohol alone accounts for a great many incidents where these cretins come to grief. Unfortunately, they often get away with terrible aggression regardless. And the fact that the adrenalin is free, with a seemingly unending supply... well, what's not to love about it? sigh
Oh, it will end, and sooner than you think, dear. I wager 5 bucks that these idiots will get one big dose of adrenaline, and then it will be counteracted by the most underprescribed and most effective medication to tyranny. At least one course of greased hemp, or one serving of hot lead per case of infection. Both are clinically proven to reduce the respective locale's tyrant count greatly. Now I am not advocating anything illegal, but I can tell you, since I'm that negativist optimist who can actually sense and SEE evil where it is, rather than failing to spot it, I can outright tell you I can cut the outrage with a knife... or at least I don't have to "ask" the way I used to. And when the outrage gets to this point, it takes a nice hot spark on the kindling and the aforementioned medication will start being overprescribed the same way American doctors throw around anti depressant mindfuckers and lipitor and other cholesterol and blood pressure meds. Oh, its gonna be a hell of a party, and we're ALL getting stuck with the bill, them and us. Just that their tabs haven't been paid since before they were born, and we're owed a refund on ours.
Then again... long overdue, and only a fool wouldn't see this coming. Guess they missed that little bit in Eastern Europe in 1989, didn't they? Some tyrants went to the wall. It didn't look fun. For the tyrants. Everyone else was upset that they didn't suffer enough. People are starting to seethe with rage, and it won't be too far off before settlements or "pleabargains" stop looking as "oh they forgave me, now back to the grind so I can pay the fines" appealing as they once did. They've drained us of blood and life and meaning in a fashion that makes Dracula look the model of temperance when it comes to drink. I see it coming. And since I don't wish those who've harmed innocents any well at all, I am sincerely happy that the idiots do NOT see it coming (for the biblically inclined types, you may wish to check the Kings books of the Old Testament, apparently murdering or sacrificing innocents is an unpardonable sin. No forgiveness for that one. Period. Which means, no lip service to Jesus as a get out of jail free card. If you're a believer, that is. Most of these tyrannical assholes only pretend to believe to get the believers on their side when they oppress their neighbors.)
So with the spirit of judgment and with the righteous wrath of providence, may the bullies, tyrants and evil ones get what is coming to them, for what they have done, for what they might have done, and for the only thing they will have left when they face their fate, and may they get it as good and hard as they gave it... and as it was written, 7 fold, unto the 7th generation of such scum.
