When attending a gun show, I NEVER, repeat NEVER put my name in the hat for the drawing for the door prize.  I look at the unlikly chance of actually winning VS the ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY of my name, along with all the others, going DIRECTLY onto "the list" yet another time.  Come to think of it, I'm probably already on it so many times; oh well

I'll be down at the Big Reno Show this coming weekend.  (Nov. 18-19-20), at the Reno Hilton.  (See: www.BigRenoShow.com)
I won't have a table there this time, but I'll be wandering the aisles on Friday evening and most of Saturday.  Just look for the guy wearing one of the newly-minted SurvivalBlog T-shirts.  (See: http://www.cafepress.com/survivalblog )

Check this one out, some quality daddy-daughter time:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5854686068870249151

Heh.  (Hint, you can see more if you let the vid play rather than clicking right on it.)  I loved how she slapped his hand away when he was trying to guide her aim (I think to shoot the truck) . When I was her age I was also very much, "I can do this by myself!"  (Actually, I still am that way, too a fault sometimes.)

Going to the show in someone else's car is also a good thing. The chip and dip bunch have been known to copy down plate numbers for cross checking as well..

Hmmm, sounds like another money making opportunity, this car pooling to the gun shows....
