"A strong smell of marijuana, yeah right, that excuse is getting so old, I wonder if all the trucks emitted a marijuana smell as well.

TAMPA, FL A businessman attending a concert returned to discover that his locked, parked truck had been opened and aggressively searched by a police dog. Not only were his rights violated but his vehicle and electronics were ripped out and damaged by the search.

The incident occurred in February 2014 in Ybor City, a neighborhood in Tampa. Matthew Heller says he was attending a hip hop concert, and left his truck all sealed up, a parked vehicle in a private parking lot.

  • Welcome to Wyoming, Conceder everyone armed

And you think you have rights?

If you were to check, you will find that the so called private parking lot has already signed over your rights to the police, so they can search anything they want on it.
