(continuing)

The below is my wrap-up from my massive article on Operation American Spring, back in May of 2014. I think it fits here and wraps up the initial presentation of data.(An addendum will happen later on this thread. It will introduce my files on MAIN CORE.

The problem is huge and growing more ominous by the minute. Let us try to wrap up this advisory now. The reason I introduced the idea of “MindWar” in my assessment on OAS has to do with General Vallely’s history of activism with Colonel Riley in the past, and with General Vallely’s co-authorship of the document “From PSYOP to MindWar” in 1980. Additionally I note that General Vallely is pro-actively attempting to collar the Tea Party energy. Why I question his connecting the dots between Operation American Spring and the Tea Party and the forced replacement of various named individuals inside the current Federal administration/cabinet, has to do with the additional fact that General Vallely also feels justified in arranging the overthrow of a foreign government (Syria).

The need for Americans to read and understand our history has never been greater. The role of the individual in today’s world has never been so completely attacked. I hope that I’ve posed enough questions about marching on WDC and how the OAS could, possibly, fit into a greater plan named “MindWar”. Note please: I am not saying that OAS is a part of a MindWar or other type of Psychological Operation. I am saying that it would be beneficial to know whether it is or not. What do you think?

What we do know is that some people in our government want an excuse to launch Martial Law and suspend the Constitution. Could a risk-laden mass crowd in WDC provide the catalyst (even if provocateured) for a geo-temporal police state and suspension of the Constitution? Any massive event in WDC has a potential to turn dangerous, as our WWI Vets learned when the Bonus Army came to town.

>>>View YouTube accounting of the Bonus March:

Be not deceived. The battle we’re involved in, whether any of us know it or not, is a spiritual battle. While spirit does not operate in flesh, it does operate in mental fields of consciousness. Spirit also drives that inner aspect of consciousness which we call “conscience”. Conscience is where we discern our truest identity, is where we decide between Good and Evil, between Right and Wrong. It is central to the character of a man or woman. While it never forces itself upon the soul in which it is found, one’s conscience also never deceives one.

I have called the government many things, but at its core it is a mechanism. It is soul-less, mindless, and is certainly indifferent. Government’s primary motive is to grow its powers, concentrate its powers, and use those powers to – to do what? – to GOVERN.

All it requires to do that exclusively is for the American citizen as an individual to become apathetic and forget to govern himself, forget to remind himself to remain eternally vigilant in the oversight of his own government.

As Lao Tzu said approximately 2500 years ago – “When mankind lost sight of the way to live, came codes of law and order.”

Our nation’s Founders knew well how to live and they understood why they wanted to live free. As subsequent generations followed over time, the eroded values and moral codes of the Founders have given way finally to a welfare-warfare state, and no march on WDC without guns will accomplish anything other than a whimper in the press.
-
Two things:

1) The reason why the American people are not required to swear [or affirm] the Oath to the Constitution is because the American people reserve to themselves the Right of Revolution. If our government becomes unbearable, we have the right and the duty to throw it down and start over, using whatever means we may have. I salute Thomas Jefferson for making sure that we have that understanding.

2) Short of Revolution, I strongly urge American patriots to focus at the most central area of responsibility – your “self”. I urge you to make sure that you own your own minds, that you have moral values firmly instituted in your lifestyle, that those values extend that basic knowledge to every family member, to neighbors, to friends, and to others in every community.

More effective than marching on WDC is sharing the truth with one’s own neighbor, one-on-one. My new personal motto for 2014 is:
“Each One Teach One”.

Get your own copy of the very important film, MOLON LABE**, and have screenings in your homes and offices for friends and neighbors. You’ll save tons of money that would have been wasted in WDC and actually be doing something helpful for our nation while improving your own neighborhood and community, your County and State. The battleground today is in our own front yards. Local action is the focus. The revolution is inside the mind and heart and soul of the individual American citizen.

Colonel Riley is undoubtedly a conscientious Patriot who is willing to try to lead an unwitting America out of the snare of evil. I have every reason to believe Colonel Riley is a good man and an honest man.  I do believe that he has allowed the influence of a MindWar specialist to focus his attention on solving our problems within that circle of sin called WDC. I cannot agree with him on his choice of theater. I prefer to act locally, because history shows clearly that centralized governance in WDC is corrupted beyond repair. There is no answer for the Patriot movement in WDC. There is every hope for our nation’s salvation if we the people simply turn our back on WDC and walk away from it, allowing it to fall of its own dead weight. It is time to rebuild our neighborhoods and our communities. Good strong neighborhoods and communities make for strong Counties, and strong Counties make for strong States. Strong States are needed to control the idiocy parading itself in mockery in Federal agencies and departments. The States created the damned thing, and the States shall have to place it back under their control. When enough Americans reclaim our own minds, our own perceptions of truth, our own mindsets of justice, our States will interpose and protect us from Federal tyranny.

Thank you for reading such a long piece.

My comment about this might seem like a nit-pick, but I think what I have to say is important enough to say it anyway...

One's conscience CAN deceive one's self, because a conscience can be damaged.  A conscience can be weakened.  A conscience can be itself deceived.

A conscience must be exercised, trained, and "programmed" to function properly.  Much of this "mind war" involves the deliberate re-programming and altering of people's consciences.  We are indoctrinated from a very young age through our culture, religions, media, and especially schools to conform and submit to authority.  This programming is SO strong, that most people never even question the "authority" of government, and they knee-jerk react to anyone who does.

Until someone unlearns and deprograms themselves from this idea that "some are more equal than others," and begin applying the quiet input of their conscience not only to their own individual actions toward other individuals, but also to the actions of government and other collective entities, they will continue to suffer cognitive dissonance that overpowers and distorts the messages received from their conscience.

Perhaps if we view a properly functioning conscience (the words "well regulated" come to mind) as that voice that never lies to us, I can agree.  But it takes practice and training to learn how to discern that voice.  One must learn to identify all those other voices that overpower and distort the voice of conscience and screen them out.

In other words...  The whole point of this site and the mission of a "mental militia."

Not a "nit-pick" at all, Bro. In fact, this post you've rendered is a most excellent addition. I see your comment as a sort of meta-gyroscope which corrects or trues the balance in what I was trying to say.

Quote
One's conscience CAN deceive one's self, because a conscience can be damaged.  A conscience can be weakened.  A conscience can be itself deceived.

Absolutely -- in some perspectives. I am reminded of something I personally heard Cliven Bundy say. It was a comment which the media took to international extremes in misinterpreting. They ran with it, spun it out of context to quickly divert the public's attention so that no one might actually think about it. I chanced to be there with my video camera and got this on my own camera. Mr. Bundy was talking about the plight of the blacks in cities. He pondered if those blacks (not talking about the blacks who are relatively independent and resourceful and personally responsible people) who live in government housing projects in inner cities are any better off than black slaves of the 1800s, and he indicated that it is possible that they may be even worse off in the ghetto projects than their forebears of the early 1800s. (Of course the MSM turned that into a "racist" spin immediately, but again, I've got the footage of his comments that afternoon and could, if we could post videos here, or if I could learn how to do it, show the true context of what he was saying.) But to the point: Inner city ghetto-gov housing projects are visible to anyone who wants to drive into them and look for himself. Mr. Bundy was saying that he's been through those ghettos in Los Angeles and had seen youth sitting on concrete steps with "nothing to do". He was lamenting what has been made of humans by the welfare-warfare government.

Holding that image in mind, there is also the soul-searching fiction of William Faulkner, who's writings revealed crude "down-south rural backward development of individuals who seemed to have lost all sensitivity to any goodness in life, men who would burn a neighbor's barn, or their own, or mash the accelerator pedal in their cars after a cold-start before the oil pan had time to warm the oil -- just insensitive men, which put one in mind of the rural bumpkins in the movie "Deliverance".

This sort of human exists in pockets of society here and there, and of course there are the wife-abusers and child abusers etc etc even in more educated or "proper" social classes. And I have stated, whilst trotting along at a speedy pace in hopes of getting enough material built into this thread, that all consciences are "equal". And you have wisely pointed out the fact that I was not being completely factual on this one point. I value your addition to the thread very highly and am grateful you chose to "nit-pick" on this. Very grateful indeed.

Inner-city urban poor-people from broken homes, or dysfunctional homes in which abusive parenting marks the young soul of helpless children before they can escape that molding and forging, is known to produce adults who are arguably possessed of faulty consciences. Some of them are to be found on death row in prisons, while most meld quietly into areas of society away from public view and perpetuate in their own way the next generation's mal-formed consciences by siring children into dysfunctional homes or families, etc.

But a fine-point question arises -- and I must say here that I'm really in a rush at the moment and only wanted to make a positive reply to your post but do not have time to say all I'd like to say about your observations, so must leave this post incomplete for the moment -- What is the relationship between the mind and the conscience?

I learned last year that about, or approximately, forty percent of the human heart tissue is comprised of neuro-cells! I will come back here this evening to go more deeply into your excellent comments, and to talk about how a man can "think with his head, or think with his heart"; how a man can "speak from his mind, or speak from his heart", or how a man can perceive life from the perspective of his subconscious anima or from his conditioned mental states.

And the point being: is it the conscience which has been dulled and programmed wrongly, or is it the mind which has been thusly abused, that produces dysfunctional behavior, or is it the conscience? And what is the relationship between the mind and the conscience, if they are not one and the same? I'm looking forward to getting back here after I get some other things handled today.

Thanks mucho, Klapton. Excellent post.

Salute!

This is actually a legit concept, and I look forward to reading what else Elias has to say on it besides his excellent follow up post.  I myself hold that most of it is conscious and subconscious mind training.  What I find amusing, is that the same people the government went out of its way to villify in my childhood (the hacker movement, the internet underground, etc) has produced some of the greatest unsung heroes and freedom oriented publishers and minds of our generation.  In fact, most of us who grew up and contributed in those days, while most are suffering outrage fatigue (myself included) I must admit, we turned out better than most far as our disdain for the control freakery or the stupid and inane people at the levers of power in every society.  The questions we asked in those days, got some of us in hot water, and others in prison.  Some murdered, and all of us screwed over, black balled or otherwise treated as criminals (and some of us didn't break into other people's servers, I for one, built my own for my experimentation, and then went on to do it for a living, just an FYI.)

The issue is that, as I say in my posts on religion, most minds are trained to OBEY since childhood.  The subconscious mind absorbs training, call it muscle or emotional memory.  It processes things at a much faster rate when sleeping, because it is operating without the constant outside stimulus interrupts of the conscious mind, think of the conscious mind as a desktop kernel, and the subconscious mind as a server kernel, or better yet, the subconscious works like a backend driver and the conscious works as a basic software program.  (That's why we say "sleep on it."   Without any outside stimuli, visual at least, one notes that one can come to what is generally an accurate answer to a difficult question, often perfectly in line to one's ingrained values.  If those values are damaged, the answer is likely to also be damaged... exactly what Elias and Klapton had to say.)

So back to the point, minds trained to question, and be skeptical of claims which are wrong, whether phrased wrong or simply factually wrong, basically any accurately trained scientific mind, not necessarily every scientist, but any who took their logical training and put it to use in daily life, not just at work, will end up being this way.  The faith prioritizing mind, which I often rail against, is trained to obey what its been taught by figures or documents of authority, regardless of how provable, disprovable or outright lies they might be.  Granted, the faith prioritizing mind is given the comfort that regardless what facts it meets, it can suitably twist the interpretation of the facts to suit its existing faith.  This is how the non psychopathic, but obedient government drone justifies coming to your house, kicking your door in, and shooting you dead if you resist, all the while "just doing its job."

"...Cause, without no rules, well, we might as well have anarchy."  This line is always delivered by the faithf prioritizing minds as a given, without even knowing WHY they're supposed to believe anarchy would be a bad thing.  As ML and others (myself included) have said here and elsewhere, "Anarchy doesn't mean no rules.  It just means no rulers, no masters and no slaves."

Hope this adds to the conversation and gives a different set of data to work with.

Thanks Elias. I think your posts should be relegated to my “daytime” reading!

I am totally onboard the whole MindWar issue as it makes sense to me (especially when compared to things of a Biblical nature). I hope the thread will be a contender for a pin. At the risk of sounding Pollyanish, I must be honest: I am really looking forward to reading some encouragement. I was wondering if there was anything proactive happening or anything that I could do to take steps to protect me and mine. :)

EDIT TO ADD: Thank you also for sharing Root and Bough. I enjoyed that...

Well, Moonbeam, the reason I've been posting here lately has to do with some vague and nebulous idea which is trying to form itself in my consciousness. That idea would call for creating a structure in which women could participate in opposing the danged MindWar assault on America. Mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, cousins, girlfriends -- all women in all sorts of relationships with their men as husbands, sons, brothers, etc etc.  I am looking for a motif which could become the brand for such a structure, and I have hoped that TMM could be the launching pad for a group activity comprised of women. Something like an organization of "Guerrilla Grrls" which would unite women of all walks to become a powerful resistance to MindWar.

Guerrilla Grrls could be structured as a serious "psy-op" on behalf of We The People, and it could wage high holy war on the idiocy of WDC. How would the Grrls do that? Well, women have their ways, lol! ;)

Guerrilla Grrls could unite to pressure the several States to revitalize their now-absent State Offices for the Militia, in each State capitol. Guerrilla Grrls could put pressure on the national government to cease with these insane, illegal, unlawful, and immoral (undeclared) wars overseas. Guerrilla Grrls could bring pressure to end the insane "war on drugs" and the even more insane "war on terror".

I would see Guerrilla Grrls as a group of highly knowledgeable, very alert and aware, and keenly patriotic women who would like to help America return to its Constitutional founding roots, its moral uprightness, its tried-and-true value systems, its cultural ethics, and its social institutions. Guerrilla Grrls would be comprised of regiments of women who would read, study, and report data and info to a central assembly. They would be educating themselves while sharing their knowledge with others. I see it as a fun project which renders a confidence in all women who would join in the fight against tyranny. I see a potential for good humor, and for recognition of traditional powers which women have always enjoyed over men.  As editor for Oath Keepers I have met a number of wonderful ladies who would love to take a more proactive role in supporting the Constitution, in ending the insane wars, in dis-empowering the police state, in kicking the damned government out of our personal lives, in truly giving "peace" a chance. I will be conferring with those friends who enjoy talking with me about such things, and I hope to pool their ideas into something fun and productive at the same time. I would recruit very intelligent, highly sensitive women of good moral stature who would be delighted to take a more active role, and who have had it with the way men have been running this country. They would be libertarian, Voluntaryistic, anarchistic free-thinkers of all stripes, sort of like the cross-section of members here at TMM, but with a focused mission, a battle-plan if you will. I can see a lot of potential in such an idea, but I am only in the earliest stages of its conception. I hope to get some responses here which will help me see a more complete idea for developing such a Guerrilla Grrls psy-op as the resistance to MindWar.

More on all that later, yes? Meanwhile, what do you think about the idea?

Salute!

I just started a thread that may have "Mindwar" written all over it. Here is a link to the thread-

http://thementalmilitia.com/forums/index.php?topic=34699.new#new

I didn't think about posting it here until after I hit the "post" button. Please feel free to move it here if you think it makes sense to.

It has to do with classifying disobedience and non-conformity as a mental illness. Being diagnosed with this new classification, would get the cops knocking on your door at 3am to confiscate your guns.

I suspect the link to the other thread is sufficient, DL. There are so many other things that might "fit" too, but the thread will get too large and cumbersome if we try to include everything. Just start new threads and link to them. You could put a link to this thread there too. :)  Maybe we need a new child board?

Well, I see that my last post on this thread did not hit anyone's hot button. Too bad. I really do think that women have a calling to put an end to the insanity of berserk governmentalism everywhere.  And I really do like the term "Guerrilla Grrls". ;)

Guerrilla Grrls would be fighting to undo the mindset that has been inserted into the national psyche, the collective consciousness. There is a movie by James Jaeger called "Cultural Marxism". It's about how the socialist/communist idiots came to America and began what they called a "long march through the institutions", in which they intended to re-make the American perception of many social and cultural institutions, such as "marriage" or "family" or "religious belief". They infiltrated the public education through the NEA and later the US Dept. of Education, shifting students' perceptions with corrupted ideas about "it takes a village" and later the "no child left behind" and now the "common core" collectivist paradigm. They infiltrated over the decades the legislative processes and the corporate thrusts of Wall Street and Madison Avenue. They used the great Tax-Exempt Foundations to spur along the development of sciences which would create a false sense of security and comfort for the masses, like "television". They sought to corrupt our traditional language. They went into the press and the media and Hollywood. In short, they permeated every aspect of American life and sought to isolate family members from each other, and isolate families from their communities. They got into governmental offices and began to assert a power to affect domestic policy as well as foreign policy. They boosted the collectivist "Progressive Movement" which was entrenched by the Wilson administration and carried that forward. They moved into the unions. Again, in short, they assaulted everything American and did so deliberately, openly publishing in books and films what their objectives were -- the destruction of American freedom in favor of a collectivist freedom which would be a deception sponsored by statism's advocates. And the American people, distracted, well-fed in general, entertained, and Feducated over several generations, fell for it.

I think that Mothers and Wives and Sisters and Daughters have a calling to expose how this was done and influence the men in their lives, or in their spheres, to wake up to the reality of this psychological onslaught and do something about it. Grrls with a mission. Grrls with a sense of humor. Grrls who mean business and recognize their power and are willing to use it. Grrls who care enough to put their foot down. Why are high school students allowed to graduate without knowledge of the Constitution? Why are high school graduates not informed about the illegality and futility and evil of undeclared wars for corporate interests? Why are they not taught at home that to die in Afghanistan or Iraq is just the same as those who died in Vietnam -- dying for nothing. Why do our American women put up with this sort of insanity, and fail to alert their young high school kids to the stupidity of joining the military during times when America is not under attack? Is there some sort of invisible blanket of ignorance covering the land from sea to shining sea?

Why should not TMM take the initiative and start publicly promoting a return to traditional American values, such as personal responsibility and the liberty that produces? Personal ownership and self-determination are under siege. What can we do about it here at TMM?  Am I being too narrow by focusing only on the women? Should I also be seeing a support battalion of psy-warriors who are men in support of the Guerrilla Grrls' mission? What do you think? Any ideas?

Salute!

Far too many women today, of all ages, do not know how to cook with fresh food. They don't know how to shop. Far too many have no idea where food comes from beyond the grocery store. They don't garden, can, or preserve anything. They don't sew or mend anything. They don't know how to clean anything, or understand what clean really is. I could go on for ages.

Seems to me that women who do know those things might attempt to teach the younger ones. That information is far more related to their self ownership, responsibility and freedom than the constitution.

I've been trying to teach these things for most of my adult life. So far, I have found few willing to make the effort or take the time.

Hi Everyone,

I understand what Elias is suggesting with regards to women.  In ancient times and even to some degree in more modern times one role women played in Western society was that of what Celtic peoples referred to as Land Sovereigns.  Moderns sometimes call it the Feminine Sovereign, although this role can also be played to some degree by individual men as well.  A Land Sovereign is a person who holds a deep connection to both mankind's collective consciousness and to the more elemental consciousness of the planet's biosphere.  A Land Sovereign with the additional deep connection to the third possible Consciousness, that of the Universal Source is referred to as Synchronicity's Apprentice.  In ancient times the role these land sovereigns played was to evaluate and sanction a leader, whether that leader happened to be a war chief, a king, queen, or some intellectual with leadership influence.

It was believed it takes two forms of sanction to make a leader, the first being of the People themselves.  If a leader or a government does not have the will of the People behind them then it disqualifies itself and something will come along and destroy it.  The second form was of those who's perception runs deep through the fabric of our reality, the land sovereigns.  There have been ages when there were many who worked together in this capacity.  There have also been times when only a sole individual served in this manner.  Some of the things they did was evaluate morals, ethics, intellectual capacity, spiritual quality, knowledge acumen, and the relationship with the standing paradigm for probability of success.  They also served as teachers and guides within society, applying sometimes a subtle and other times overt influence toward fulfillment of human Potential.  Qualifications demanded that they be tied to the land the people lived on, be creators of life, guardians of life, natural nurturers, and often educated to the best the society was capable.  Many are also commonly known in history as poets or musicians, in other words expressing art.

It's well known in intellectual circles that women have this innate talent for this sort of thing.  Women often guide the men around them by hook or by crook as the saying goes...either gently and subtly or through shear threat of force.  On rare occasions, land sovereigns have stood up and actually led in the absence of a traditional type of leader or government.  Examples include Medb of Eire a war chief,  Tomyris of the Massagetae (Herodotus tale of how she handled the tyrant Cyrus of Persia), Boadicea of Britain, Dido of the Phoenicians (founder of Carthage), Plaisance of Antioch,  Elizabeth I of England, Joan de Arc, Sirikit of Thailand, and many many others in the fore and behind the scenes.  There's a book Guida M Jackson titled "Women Who Ruled" which is a virtual encyclopedia of known examples.

Elias is not advocating someone jump up and run for the Presidency.  He's advocating creating a group that uses this innate talent toward the restoration of the qualities that built this nation and made it a positive place in this world in the first place.  A resistance to the mindwar being waged on the People to deconstruct them, immobilize them, and strip their freedoms from them, piece by piece.

We currently have a distinct shortage of real leaders in our nation.  I think a huge part of that is the effect the mindwar has had across the board on individuals and how individuals are perceived by both themselves and others.  When a people are restricted from communicating openly with each other, freely, in contexts of the moment for whatever reason, then how can the People even lend their will toward any leader or government?  This is just one of the crates the manipulators of society have thrust the people into....consider for a moment those who work...they are the vast majority of the People.  And they cannot speak to their fellows or those they encounter in the course of their work unless it has specifically to do with the work they are employed for.  If the finest hours of the People's day is conscripted in this way, what is left to consider how they are governed or socially engineered?  Only the worst hours of there day is left and most are left exhausted and despondent upon the vicious merry-go-round tread-mill of their lives to the point of not caring about what is external to their lives.  It is from this condition we begin with the People.  This condition makes women perhaps the most apropos to taking them in had and shaking them from their exhausted zombie-fied state.

Cyrellys,

The Iroquois had a similar system. The main problem today, is that there are very few women with the right personality type to be able to do this. For example, women with a "INTJ" or "ENTJ" personality, only make up approximately .8% of the general population. I think that's what ML was saying. That said, MOST of the female members here are INTJ (males too), or very close to it.

I won't denigrate the hard research that shows personality to play a role in how individuals apply themselves and garner forms of success in life.  But our nation was built to nurture human potential and that capacity to exceed boundaries, restraints, and stumbling blocks in the pursuit of individual ideas of happiness.

To limit potential based on personality type is similar to limit potential based on traditional concepts of education level, IMO.  I was raised to understand that each person is greater than their birth.  This also means that at any moment in their lives they are capable of exceeding all expectations.  It doesn't require any kind of personality to do this.  It only requires an innate sense of what is right.  There have always been people who despite incomplete education, or non-traditional forms have exceeded what was believed to be necessary to succeed in life.  This is no different.  This is about escaping entropy which threatens to swallow our nation and all of mankind by consequence.  I refuse to believe we're bagged, tagged, and roasted before we even start because of some vague concept of personality type.

How about we think of ways to be successful instead of ways we cannot?

No, that's not what I was saying. :) This "personality type" stuff is more confusing than enlightening, far as I'm concerned.

Women today do not know how to cook or do any of those things because they were never taught them. Their mothers didn't know, and quite often their grandmothers didn't know. You can't teach what you don't know. Add to that all of the "sexual revolution," the preoccupation with pop culture, and now the glut of electronic media distractions... they don't see any need to learn these things and have no cultural foundation to see the need for them. Meat comes from the grocery store, and money comes from the government.

In order for anyone to lead... or choose a leader, they first have to know what direction they want to go.

I had previously said:

Quote
Moonbeam, I think that the first thing I'm wanting to do is lay in the evidence which hopefully reinforces my basic premise that MindWar is very real and is being directed at the people of planet earth. After enough facts are laid in which support that premise, then we shall begin to discuss our reactions to the knowledge, and perhaps in so discussing we may come up with ideas to share with each other, ideas which would engender a sense of hope. The first step has to identify the problem and admit it is real. I personally think that to a large extent there is a concerted effort to shape, mold, forge, design, train, program, Feducate, and and finally insert a particular loosely-cohesive collection of mind-sets into the "group mind" (collective consciousness as Jung would put it) for purposes of controlling the masses in compliant subserviency to an arbitrary world government.

Let's lay in a bit more detail, and then perhaps we can move into discussion of proactive solutions which may be possible for we little people to embrace individually in our personal lives and routines.

A multinational security firm has secretly developed software capable of tracking people's movements and predicting future behaviour by mining data from social networking websites.

A video obtained by the Guardian reveals how an "extreme-scale analytics" system created by Raytheon, the world's fifth largest defence contractor, can gather vast amounts of information about people from websites including Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.

Raytheon says it has not sold the software - named Riot, or Rapid Information Overlay Technology - to any clients. But the Massachusetts-based company has acknowledged the technology was shared with US government and industry as part of a joint research and development effort, in 2010, to help build a national security system capable of analysing "trillions of entities" from cyberspace.

Google and NASA Snap Up Quantum Computer D-Wave Two
The machine will help the agencies work on artificial intelligence problems
May 17, 2013

D-Wave, the small company that sells the world’s only commercial quantum computer, has just bagged an impressive new customer: a collaboration between Google, NASA and the non-profit Universities Space Research Association.
The three organizations have joined forces to install a D-Wave Two, the computer company's latest model, in a facility launched by the collaboration — the Quantum Artificial Intelligence Lab at NASA's Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California. The lab will explore areas such as machine learning — making computers sort and analyse data on the basis of previous experience. This is useful for functions such as language translation, image searches and voice-command recognition. “We actually think quantum machine learning may provide the most creative problem-solving process under the known laws of physics,” says a blog post from Google describing the deal.
The Google-led collaboration is only the second customer to buy computer from D-Wave, which is based in Burnaby, Canada. Aerospace giant Lockheed Martin, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, was the first. Lockheed purchased a D-Wave quantum computer in 2011 and installed it in a new Quantum Computation Center at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. D-Wave declines to disclose the price of their computers.

There are several headlines in this one article by Mike Adams. I recommend highly reading this entire article at its link:

Skynet rising: Google acquires 512-qubit quantum computer; NSA surveillance to be turned over to AI machines

(NaturalNews) Most people don't know about the existence of quantum computers. Almost no one understands how they work, but theories include bizarre-sounding explanations like, "they reach into alternate universes to derive the correct answers to highly complex computational problems."

Quantum computers are not made of simple transistors and logic gates like the CPU on your PC. They don't even function in ways that seem rational to a typical computing engineer. Almost magically, quantum computers take logarithmic problems and transform them into "flat" computations whose answers seem to appear from an alternate dimension.

For example, a mathematical problem that might have 2 to the power of n possible solutions -- where n is a large number like 1024 -- might take a traditional computer longer than the age of the universe to solve. A quantum computer, on the other hand, might solve the same problem in mere minutes because it quite literally operates across multiple dimensions simultaneously.
The ultimate code breakers
If you know anything about encryption, you probably also realize that quantum computers are the secret KEY to unlocking all encrypted files. As I wrote about last year here on Natural News, once quantum computers go into widespread use by the NSA, the CIA, Google, etc., there will be no more secrets kept from the government. All your files -- even encrypted files -- will be easily opened and read.

Until now, most people believed this day was far away. Quantum computing is an "impractical pipe dream," we've been told by scowling scientists and "flat Earth" computer engineers. "It's not possible to build a 512-qubit quantum computer that actually works," they insisted.

Don't tell that to Eric Ladizinsky, co-founder and chief scientist of a company called D-Wave. Because Ladizinsky's team has already built a 512-qubit quantum computer. And they're already selling them to wealthy corporations, too.
DARPA, Northrup Grumman and Goldman Sachs
In case you're wondering where Ladizinsky came from, he's a former employee of Northrup Grumman Space Technology (yes, a weapons manufacturer) where he ran a multi-million-dollar quantum computing research project for none other than DARPA -- the same group working on AI-driven armed assault vehicles and battlefield robots to replace human soldiers. DARPA is the group behind the creepy "Legged Squad Support System" you can see in the following video:

INSERT DARPA VIDEO:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xY42w1w0TWk

Imagine a .50 caliber machine gun mounted on this robot -- with an infrared night vision AI targeting system -- and you begin to understand what DARPA has in mind for humanity.

Indefinite Surveillance: Say Hello to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2014

Passed in 1978, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) set the groundwork for surveillance, collection, and analysis of intelligence gathered from foreign powers and agents of foreign powers, up to and including any individual residing within the U.S., who were suspected of involvement in potential terrorist activity.  On October 26, 2001, a little over a month after 9/11, President George W. Bush signed the USA Patriot Act into law. Two provisions, Sec. 206, permitting government to obtain secret court orders allowing roving wiretaps without requiring identification of the person, organization, or facility to be surveyed, and Sec. 215 authorizing government to access and obtain “any tangible thing” relevant to a terrorist investigation, transformed foreign intelligence into domestic intelligence.

NSA Spying On Americans EFF 2014
https://www.eff.org/nsa-spying

News reports in December 2005 first revealed that the National Security Agency (NSA) has been intercepting Americans’ phone calls and Internet communications. Those news reports, combined with a USA Today story in May 2006 and the statements of several members of Congress, revealed that the NSA is also receiving wholesale copies of American's telephone and other communications records. All of these surveillance activities are in violation of the privacy safeguards established by Congress and the US Constitution.

“Carpet bombing in cyberspace,” Plan X, SIGINT Enabling Project, GENIE, TURBINE, Presidential Policy Directive 20 and much more.  Reflect the relationship to the eugenics culture and total information control or applied psychological control in addition to traditional kinetic attacks.

Quote:
Quote
In Cities Under Siege, Graham discussed the effects of post-Cold War US/NATO air bombing campaigns and concluded that attacks on civilian infrastructure were not accidental; in fact, such “collateral damage” was consciously designed to inflict maximum damage on civilian populations.
“The effects of urban de-electrification,” Graham wrote, “are both more ghastly and more prosaic: the mass death of the young, the weak, the ill, and the old, over protracted periods of time and extended geographies, as water systems and sanitation collapse and water-borne diseases run rampant. No wonder such a strategy has been called a ‘war on public health,’ an assault which amounts to ‘bomb now, die later’.”
A further turn in US Cyber Command’s brief to plan for and wage aggressive war, was telegraphed in a 2012 Defense Department Directive mandating that autonomous weapons systems and platforms be built and tested so that humans won’t lose control once they’re deployed.

Quote:
Quote
"In fact, PPD-20 authorizes US Cyber Command to “identify potential targets of national importance where OCEO can offer a favorable balance of effectiveness and risk as compared with other instruments of national power.”
Indeed, the “directive pertains to cyber operations, including those that support or enable kinetic, information, or other types of operations . . . that are reasonably likely to result in ‘significant consequences’” to an adversary.
We are informed that “malicious cyber activity” is comprised of “Activities, other than those authorized by or in accordance with US law, that seek to compromise or impair the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of computers, information or communications systems, networks, physical or virtual infrastructure controlled by computers or information systems, or information resident thereon.”
In other words, if such activities are authorized by the President acting as Commander-in-Chief under the dubious “Unitary Executive” doctrine, like Richard Nixon, Obama now claims that “when the President does it that means that it is not illegal,” a novel reading of the US Constitution and the separation of powers as it pertains to declaring and waging war!"

FYI the human mind is the original quantum computer.  Their drive to develop computers with these capabilities is not based on provision for the welfare of the prior.  At the root of every effort along these lines have been found the beliefs the world is over populated - that it's time to cull the herd, and mankind is incapable of making their own decisions. A lack of value in the sanctity of life.  Understanding the extent to which Mindwar is being used, the products it is manufacturing, and who is deeply involved in it, is imperative to deciding how best to deal with the problem.

Cy, thank you.

I have just read over your entries on page four of this thread and am excited by the way you see past my insufficient presentation and have given readers here a better view and perspective on how we should view MindWar -- and on what I'm trying to do about it.  I will be back to respond to your excellent posts more directly as soon as I can, but just wanted you to know in the meantime that I've found them and am grateful to you.
