A little different story than in Paris
« on: January 09, 2015, 04:14:18 pm »

Same number of bad guys... far, far different outcome. Difference? These good guys were armed and had no brainwashing against defending themselves. That's the American difference.

Store owner, 3 robbers shot at self defense store in Shawnee
http://m.kwch.com/news/store-owner-3-robbers-shot-at-self-defense-store-in-shawnee/30620638

Police said the male store owner was shot. He is in critical condition. Two robbers suffered critical injuries while a third man fled the store but was later found with a gunshot injury. That third man is expected to be OK.

The owner's wife was not shot, but was punched in the face and body. She was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Oh, that's too bad. Thing is that the same number of bad guys didn't manage to kill a whole room full of people. The owner went down fighting, not begging for mercy.

YOU AND I and EVERYONE HERE see that.  Likely this will be pointed out as "if you carry, you'll get killed" by the morons and their sycophants.  And while I always plan to bring myself and my team mates through efforts with minimum losses/harm regardless of the scenario, I have to agree that if it comes down to being executed on one's knees or taking that would be firing squad with you... the latter choice is optimal.

As my mentor once said "if you're going down, at least you should have dogs at your feet in Valhalla."
