I was not referring to casper, just the west in general, opposed to Massachusetts. So many people, so many cameras, so many tick tacky rules. Home is where you make it though.

Forget "wet" we've had HAIL for almost 3 weeks at night so far.  Every.  Single.  Night.  Except the night before last.  We just had rain and something that resembled sleet.  Then again I live at 5600 to 5800 feet (we don't know the exact height.)  Nearest town is only 6 miles away and has 600 to 800 less ft in elevation.  Weird.

Whenever we didn't have hail alone, we had hail followed or preceded by "severe thunderstorms" and one night with several tornadoes.  They passed us by but did make a mess out of Hulett (place where Devil's Tower is.)

You can't really stop crazy people from getting guns, but a better mental health system would probably help. That and medical weed for people with anger issues.

A better mental health system? And how do you expect to accomplish that? More rules? Regulations? Taxes? Coersion?

Think about it this way... if people simply lived as self owners, self responsible, with nobody trying to control their lives and property...

Maybe a lot fewer people would have anger issues...

More pdocs would be a start. The main problems are understaffing and too few available beds at the mental hospitals I've been to.

Sure, and we'd have to do something about schoolyard bullies unless everyone is homeschooled in your utopia. Spouses need to stop cheating too.... oh and we'd have to educate enough people that religion wont be enough reason to kill over too. I've had religious nuts threaten to set me on fire for practicing witchcraft...

You are still looking to other people, especially government, to solve your problems. Individuals have to deal with these things themselves. Introducing government and its psychotic enforcers only makes every problem so much worse. Take care of yourself. Be responsible for yourself...
