No Zip Codes
« on: August 21, 2015, 09:25:58 pm »

Does the use of zip codes grant federal jurisdiction over us ? Certainly, this is not the the only answer, but it is another piece of the puzzle of our slavery. Also, is the use of the zip code voluntary ?

Not if you want the USPS to deliver something, but it is increasingly easy to bypass the whole thing. I think I get two or three items a month in the mail that mean anything, and that's only because I refuse to go all "paperless" for things like the utility bills. Don't even get much "junk mail" anymore.

Sounds like more of the same ALL CAPS NAME or gold-fringed flag nonsense. Might be true, on paper. So is the US Constitution. They're going to force you to comply regardless. The only way out is to realize that their statutes do not apply to you. Getting their enforcement thugs to go along is a harder nut to crack. Until enough of us stop worshipping the state.

Yep.

The zip code is an attempt to facilitate the delivery of Billions of pieces of hard copy "mail".
How in the name of the FSM does that infringe on my freedoms? How does that engender any authority upon the feddies?

Blatant paranoia trigger or what?

I suggest getting out of the chair and exiting the basement at least Once per 24 hour period.
Or in clear language "get a life".

colby556, welcome aboard.
In my own estimation, it's good to question everything "Federal", and indeed, everything "government" at any level. Always good to question authority.
Most of us who have spent time at these forums are fully cognizant of government-induced slavery, and almost all of us have vowed personally to escape the slavery. That is sorta what this forum is all about.  I have some personal friends (to my knowledge they don't hang out here) who espouse the ALL CAPS approach. While I like them as friends, I do not accept their basic premise, and continue to spell my name with a mixture of upper-case and lower-case letters. Here's why --

No damned man-made government on this earth has its brand on my ass, and I don't give a hoot if they think they do and boast about their power over me by addressing licenses, notices, summons, or any other type of corporate BS paperwork in ALL CAPS. Doesn't matter to me one whit, because I simply refuse to recognize their presumed (but unlawful) "authority". Now I know that many people think that it matters, but in my own perspective, they could stand to wake up a bit and grasp an overview of government's relation to "Unalienable Rights", the concept of "Self Governance", and the concept of "Personal Responsibility". When mankind learns to walk away and quit giving support to authoritarian-style government, that kind of government will go away -- fall of its own dead weight. But to confront the ominous power of today's government is sheer folly unless one has a martyr complex. What I do is try to stay out of Leviathan's way and live as free as I can while refusing to support it with my dollars. But I do not rub it in their faces, because I do not want to be in prison or shot by an FBI bullet. In other words, knowing full well that today's Federal government is wildly outside its bounds, I do not deny its power, and choose instead to recognize it and try my best to stay out of its way, all the while working on the Internet to spread the word of personal sovereignty in the Jeffersonian style, and taungint Fedgov about operating illegally and unlawfully outside its defined limits as stated in Article I, Section 8 of the Fedgov's founding legal charter.

But I mentioned that I have friends who believe in the seriousness of the ALL CAPS problem. Here is one of my friends who has researched into such matters for many years. He and I are very close friends, and indeed are neighbors in the northern woods of western Montana. He does not require me to believe his conclusions from all his research, and I do not require that he accept my own perspectives on things. But while we are both walking individualized paths based on our subjective studies over the years, and while our paths would appear to be divergent, we can objectively enjoy a truly good friendship, and work together at times, and that in itself is a victory over the damned government's plans for citizens. You may enjoy this, but remember, unless you're ready to face jail time, I suggest that one does not try this at home, lol.

Let the conversation begin, eh? ;)

Sorry, Elias... too late. Colby acted like a troll much of the time, and demonstrated repeatedly that he was here to preach, not interested in any actual discussion... Many of us tried hard to engage him, but it was not productive.

He left voluntarily, and I suspect few here miss him. Such is life.

I was wondering why his name was inactive when I clicked it to get to his account.

That type of political shaman pops up around the Net often enough. They know it all, and have no need to discuss, but are possessed with a compulsion to enlist the belief of everyone else in their own beliefs.  My pal ernie is not like that, as are many other good people in the "sovereign" movement.

Thanks for letting me know.
Salute!
