I voted yes, since she was enticed to do so.  I think that not being experienced in living in a world, naive, she was impressed with shallow logic that she could only understand.

Not enough data.  Is this a real person, or the fictional character in the bible, and elsewhere?

No additional information needed.  By just saying Eve, without any other clarification, one can assume the Bible.

A fictional character, OK. But heck, I've known several women named "Eve."

I say no, she was told what she could eat and what not to eat.
she know she was not to eat, but she did anyway.
ether we take responsibility for our action, or we don't.
if not then we can not be guilty of anything.

And what gave God the authority to tell Eve what she could not eat? He gave her free will, and then he tried to thwart it with arbitrary rules. Make up your mind, you not-quite-supreme Being, you. :)

Not framed, maybe entrapped.

A creator who knows everything you will do before you do it, then punishes you for doing *exactly* what he created you to do, knowing you would do it.

Actually yes. I worked with another nurse who was accused of wrongdoing. After careful investigation by the house supervisor and the DON, it was discovered that another nurse actually did the deed, then tried to make it look as if Eve had been responsible. Nasty business.

I don't believe the "creator" ever sets up this kind of no-win situation. But then, I don't believe the "bible" either.

weather or not you believe the Bible.
The "Garden" was Gods property, so he could and did have rules within it.
one was what food Adam and Eve could eat.
the tree of good and evil was one of them that they could not eat from.
She knew this, not matter what the snake said, she knew not to eat from it, but did.
and to make matters worst so did Adam, and he also eat from the tree, knowing that it was wrong to do so.

She was not framed, she did so knowing it was wrong, but did it anyway.
