I tried to leave this reply to the author's second-to-last comment, but the "management" there didn't post it.
You just don't get it, do you? You are unfit to be writing any kind of constitution. You are ignorant of history and of human nature, and have no respect for the rights of others. Your thinking (using that term loosely) is wrong, evil, anti-freedom, and un-American. You are more dangerous to American liberty than any communist ever was.
I would hope any lawyer you talk to would say, the current year is 2017, not 1017, and your ideas, on enslaving 50% of the population, limiting free speech, and making the clergy the supreme rulers, are legally and morally repugnant.
It's not a matter of rewriting this. Your fundamental premises are wrong. What you are proposing is what should not be done. Period.
It's like the lines in the Beatles song "Revolution:"
You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
Yes, you are entitled to your beliefs, no matter how wrong and wacko. But the minute you try to impose your worldview on others, by force, is when you should be put in a prison cell.
The last comment there is a lengthy one by the author, in which he backpedals a bit and tries to explain his reasoning. He misses the days when there were stay-at-home moms, he hates hearing the F-word everywhere, etc. Sadly, I guess this guy is for real. I thought he might be an agent provocateur or maybe just a wag, taking the sometimes ultra-religious posts on SB to their logical extreme.
