Just need to consider a few physiological realities to know this is bunk.
1. No matter what you put in your stomach, the strong acid there will break it down. This is especially true of simple sugars and carbohydrates. Honey is a simple sugar, no matter what else it is.
2. When the stomach contents hit the small intestine, it is mixed with a powerful alkaline solution from the bile to neutralize the stomach acid. Digestion continues and many new chemical combinations occur, depending on what materials are available.
3. Absorption of the simple sugars starts in the mouth and continues all through the digestive tract. That tract, and all the systems of the body, have their own ideal range of pH and have active mechanisms to keep it within that range. Attempting to change the pH range of any system results in disruption of its function and can produce a medical emergency if prolonged intensively. Actual pH imbalance from that or a disease processes can happen, of course, but they must be treated with IV therapy.
4. Therefore... this sugar/alkaline mixture would simply never get anywhere near a cancer unless it is on the tip of your tongue... and it wouldn't stay combined long enough to be likely to help in any case. You might be able to kill cancer cells with this in a lab dish... but not in your body.
