"Students in at least one Rutgers University residence hall are being encouraged to use only language that is “helpful” and “necessary” to avoid committing microaggressions."

While the article was disgusting, the comments were encouraging and damn funny. DiabloLoco, heyoka and others, DO NOT GO NEAR RUTGERS UNIVERSITY, or if you do, please wear a video camera, cause I want to watch. Oh Lord. Orwell is here.

Do you think I'd ever go to Newark, NJ? No way, Jose. :shakehead:

EDIT- How long do you think it will be before they change the term "trigger", as related to all this :bs:

SJW-1   "I've been triggered! I've been triggered! I need a safe space!"

SJW-2   "He said trigger! That means GUN! I need a safe space! Someone call the cops!"

I remember when Rutgers, Princeton, Hardvard, Berkeley were bastions of knowledge and true science education.

WTF happened to these people?!  Since when does touchy feely crap have any reason to be found in the hallways of higher REASONING?!  These people are supposed to be there for cold hard data, facts and THINKING, not feely crap about their "widdow feewings getting hewt."  Seriously.  True, the democrats hijacked science because the republicans were hijacked by religious fanaticism and anti knowledge stupidity.  Might shock some of you, but I was a democrat as a kid because I knew the republicans were just as anti business, but they were also anti science, anti technology and drove most of us who wanted to think and question into the arms of the democrats (cleverly planned chess move on the political establishment's part, mind you)... and so it went until I found the libertarian political group which was closer to my way of thinking than the other two parties

I'm actually what I'd term an honorable/responsible market anarchist, judging by my neighbors and their lack of integrity, I'd understand why some people might see a need for a governing body to guard their property for them...

I asked this question elsewhere on this forum, but our friend Clip and several of his sophist sycophants jumped on board to derail that discussion.  I asked why religious fanaticism, anti-knowledge and GUNS/SelfDefense were linked together in the republican party, while science was attacked so vehemently as to be driven exclusively into the hands of the democrat socialists. The question is one of self examination.  In typical fashion, only one or two caught on to what I was actually asking (Tahn being the most vocal one.)

On the other side of the same coin, I have often wondered why minority groups have embraced the Democraps, given that it was that party that was vehemently against freeing the slaves, giving blacks voting rights, integration of the military....etc.....etc....?

Heck, even the KKK was overtly Democrat!

I don't mean to detract from your questions. Just to expand upon them, I guess. To anyone wishing to reply, please answer Destin first.
