Are they trying to stop all tourism? Or doing this "just because they can"? I remember reading, aeons ago, about the US military taking all the people out of the village of Faluja in Iraq and not letting them back in until their biometric measurements had been taken. There was absolute outrage at this, but yet somehow now it "all good". Why do you think that is?
