First off, I am horrified that it is "legal in some places" for cops to demand ID from a passenger in a car "where the driver has committed a moving violation" (yeah, I looked it up because I thought that this only occurred in old movies of Nazi Europe - ok, Nazi Europe, but I'm just thinking of an old movie where the Gestapo approach someone randomly and demand ID from them). However, watching the video I realised that they didn't only "taser" the passenger, but TORTURED HIM and ELECTROCUTED HIM 11 TIMES, and he wasn't even being belligerent in any way but merely questioning their actions and this time they can't even use the excuse that they were "in fear of their lives" as this is obviously not the case.
