What is FSP and where can I learn more?

I am new to TCF and would like to learn more.  Can anyone please give me the low-down and edumicate this sorry soul?  Thanks a mil.  -B-

Once you've read Tin-Man's link (and I'd also recommend the FSP forums), you can look in our Gulching section in the FSP subsection for more discussion on it. We've got some vocal advocates, vocal critics, and everything in-between here.

we have about 9000 signed  up ... don't know how many will move
1000 said they would move by 2008 ... reality was about 700-800 ... we will reach 1000 before summer

Russell is correct ... just search youtube, Digg, etc. and see... the FSP is still going and still growing .....PorcFest 2009 will showcase New Hampshire and the FSP community.  Over 400 people are already on the list to attend the Free State Project  "Porcupine Freedom Festival"  www.porcfest.com
All Liberty Lovers are invited.  This is a good opportunity to come, visit, meet, learn and enjoy from the largest group of Liberty activists assembled in the USA.

PorcFest 2009!
When:  June 25th – 28th
Where: Roger’s Campground, Lancaster, NH
Who:      Liberty activists moving to NH and those already there
Why:      Socialize, learn about NH, meet with Freedom/Liberty lovers for a week, have FUN

Attendees will be able to choose from events in several categories:

* Bus Tours: organized trips to various parts of NH
* Outdoors:  planned hikes and events exploring the environment of NH
* Activism:   engage in pro-liberty activism in NH
* Entertainment: bands, open mike, movies, dancing, bonfires, Geo-cache, games, Fun Tent
* Training:    learn the basic skills needed to be an effective organizer and/or activist
                   Gun Safety,  Video taping
* Speakers:   early movers, FSP leadership, in-state activists
* Sports:       volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, shooting, fishing, crafts, Appleseed Training

This started when?  I'll guess 2004. I was member 4** (opted out of everything East of The Mississippi).  So in 4+ years you guys have had 750ish movers.  How many hard-core socialist/fascist/big-government movers have came in?  I'll guess a factor of ten just from Boston alone.

hard to know how many people have moved .... many come and never sign up
