Our forum development team always liked the SMF theme,
hence we chose it.  It will be tweaked in appearance for our
needs shortly.

We're close to reaching our first 100 members there, and
it's off to a very nice start.  We've news of people moving
to Wyoming nearly every week now, which is always exciting.

BTP, two problems:  Age is sorta secondary, but my raging hostility toward hard water is the Master Override.   Anything below 60F and I'm miserable.

But for that, I'd have been there back around 1972, when the concept first struck me.

Not sure what happened, but the FSW forum is down. The Admin says it should be up again by this evening. We'll find out more at that time, I suspect.

In the meantime, doesn't that make today a perfect time to go out shooting?

It was raining a little, but not too bad. Temp is up to 39 degrees and no particular wind. Almost perfect shooting weather.

Next time I go out, I'll shoot a few for you Devildog. Let me know when you are coming and you can go out with me!!

The Free State Wyoming forum is dead.

Long live the Wyoming Mavericks! (We may change the name later, but
that's it for now.

As of today, there is no more "Free State Wyoming" forum, and I have not
been able to load the regular FSW information website today.

The FSW forum went dark about a month or so ago, and nobody I know of
has heard from Boston T. Party since the FSW Jamboree the end of May. We
don't have a clue what's happened or what he plans. We had no warning at
all and he has not answered emails. We hope he's ok, and wish him well.

So, a bunch of us have decided to rename and rebrand our
non-organization, and go forward. The mission, as always, is to
encourage good people to consider coming to Wyoming, and to join us
living in freedom wherever they are by being people of integrity,
non-aggression and self reliance; good neighbors doing what they can to
withdraw from the theft and coercion of government however possible.

We've done away with organization memberships or pledges, and if there
is enough interest, we may well expand our endeavors at the forum to
include Montana, Idaho, and (if it flies) Northern Colorado.

why not include northern Nevada. There has always been a large libertarian/freedom streak in Nevada.   More so than Idaho and Montana in my experience.

That would be great! Just need to have a few folks from there who are interested in being part of our forum. Have everyone register and make the suggestion. We're going to be a LOT easier to get along with now that we're not tied to FSW.

Thanks! We certainly hope to be an example of the voluntary society. "Leaders" only in the sense of being experienced resource people, happy to have another friend, not a "follower."
